One of my favorite people lost his father this past week, and it is hitting home here. My folks are the same age, and both are getting old. Mom has little wrong with her except she is deaf and a stubborn Kraut, much like me. Dad takes a lot of meds but is maintaining his own, still drives (short trips) and has all his marbles. I wish he would quit smoking, Getting older sucks, but it beats the alternative. So here's something for all of us older folks.
