Don't get me wrong, I am no fan of Joe Biden. I've always considered him a loose canon with perpetual foot-in-mouth disease, who tends to be wrong on every issue presented to him. But after seeing this video, I'm beginning to like this guy.
Nice job, Joe.
Update: In the better late than never category, Biden actually acknowledges that former President Bush is not evil incarnate, and deserves a lot of credit for whatever success we have had in the war against Islamic terrorism. Better late than never.
